Prof. Liang Cheng, South China University of TechnologyFellow of the prestigious Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering, Expert of the National Recruitment ProgramProf. Cheng is the Dean of School of Marine Science and Engineering at South China University of Technology. He is a Winthrop Professor at The University of Western Australia. Liang has more than 20 years' experience in research areas covering vortex-induced vibrations, scour, flow/structure/seabed interactions and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) modelling. Liang has published widely in these areas and has been working closely with industry on consulting and contract research projects.
